The Central MN DAV Transportation Program serves ambulatory, non-wheelchair-bound Veterans to and from medical appointments. Vehicles are stationed at the St. Cloud VA, Buffalo, Brainerd, Milaca, and Mora.

St. Cloud: There are two vehicles assigned for medical appointment transportation and one vehicle for a daily run to the Adult Day Healthcare program. These vehicles will travel by appointment only to the Minneapolis VA for appointments on an as-needed basis as there is no longer a scheduled bus from the St. Cloud VA to the Minneapolis VA.

Isanti, Wright, Mille Lacs, and Kanabec Counties: These vehicles travel to both the St. Cloud VA and Minneapolis VA as well as VA Choice appointments. To schedule a ride for any of these vehicles please call the Hospital Service Coordinator (HSC) at 320-252-1670 ext. 6676.

Brainerd: This vehicle routinely travels to the Brainerd VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) as well as the St. Cloud and Minneapolis VAs. To schedule a ride, contact the Crow Wing CVSO at 218-824-1058.
