Central MN Transportation Program

Serving the counties of Todd, Stearns, Morrison, Benton, Sherburne, Wright, Meeker, Crow Wing, Mille Lacs, and Kanabec counties

The Central MN DAV Transportation Program serves ambulatory, non-wheelchair-bound Veterans to and from medical appointments. Vehicles are stationed at the St. Cloud VA, Buffalo, Brainerd, Milaca, and Mora.

St. Cloud: There are two vehicles assigned for medical appointment transportation and one vehicle for a daily run to the Adult Day Healthcare program. These vehicles will travel by appointment only to the Minneapolis VA for appointments on an as-needed basis as there is no longer a scheduled bus from the St. Cloud VA to the Minneapolis VA.

Wright, Mille Lacs, and Kanabec Counties: These vehicles travel to both the St. Cloud VA and Minneapolis VA as well as VA Choice appointments. To schedule a ride for any of these vehicles please call the Hospital Service Coordinator (HSC) Nicole at 320-252-1670 ext. 6676.

Brainerd: This vehicle routinely travels to the Brainerd VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) as well as the St. Cloud and Minneapolis VAs. To schedule a ride, contact the Crow Wing CVSO at 218-824-1058.
