Donor Connect Program 2014

The Minnesota Foundation DAV Donor Connect Program had another successful year. During 2014 over 600 pieces of used durable medical equipment valued at over $750,000 was transferred to Minnesota Veterans and/or family members across the state.  The program has been in place several years with the goal to help build better lives for all Minnesota Veterans and their families at no cost to tax payers. All donations are fully tax deductible.

We wish to thank the many partners and friends that continue to help make the program successful including; DAV Chapters, County Veteran Service Officers, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Organization, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Transtech Mobility, Midwest Outdoors Unlimited, and MN Social Services. Several of our DAV Chapters across the state have designated equipment coordinators focused on collecting and dispersing equipment to meet the needs of Veterans in their area.
